Service Description

For new clients, I have an extensive intake analysis which can be completed online ahead of our meeting. During our first meeting we review the history and other information together. This can include food journals and previous testing. After agreeing on a food plan and a method of implementing the plan we then meet for at least two more one hour sessions to evaluate implementation and address any difficulties. Clients then have the option of continuing with a package of one on one consults or also becoming members of one of our education and support groups.
