Service Description

If a client knows that they will require long term guidance we can start with a 10 session plan. This will include the same detailed initial intake as a new client plan with several sessions to adjust and fine tune the food plan. We can expand into more recipes, testing and follow up if necessary and also address lifestyle issues in greater depth.
